Hmm long answer short:

6L cream, 3 doz egg yolks, 600grams sugar, mix sugar and yolks, heat cream to boiling point, add vanilla sliced vanilla beans into cream after scarping seeds in to it, do not burn or it will erupt, and mixed yolks/sugar into cream, pour into brulee molds or suitable molds, out in water bath on bainmaree, cover with alluminium foil, put in oven on 100 degree's, check after 3 hours.
