I am not confusing you guys. I am merely stating that less is more if you know what I mean. 
What I mean by the WII U being more "efficient" and being able to get a better output is that it's modernized gpu architecture can execute certain tasks with less cycles. The WII U can essentially do more with less power thanks to its features. Pemalite can back me up on this and and I agree with him for the most part but I think the word "significant" would be a little more of an overstatement if you ask me. :-p
Edit: I almost forgot, the wii u also has more memory to allow it to store better textures so that's one factor for it being able to get better visuals and maybe performance. Oh and I think nylevia would agree with pemalite's and my assessment of the wii u being more "powerful" but technically I would rather use the word more "efficient" because its more appropriate to the situation at hand.
