That's impossible to answer right now for anyone, we don't know anything about the performance in hardware or software sales and have literally no data to go by.
My gut instinct tells me no, mostly because I think the 8th gen will be the first decline in console history, this includes software as well.
The PS4 won't sell as much as the PS3, in my opinion and most, if not all, franchises will sell less copies as well.
