No, it will never have a 5 million seller. Even a 3 million seller would shock me. Not only will it lack the required userbase, it will also lack the developer support and interest to get such an important title.
No developer is going to give a potential hit exclusively away to a practically non-existant platform for charity in the hopes that it might pick up.
