Note how this dev separates the term "more oomph" and "more modern architecture", it's more powerful aside from the fact that it has a more modern architecture. And no, if you read the neoGaf thread correctly, you'll note that those numbers are still guesses based on BGs analysis, not from any spec sheet. Again, the spec sheet does not have that ALU information.
