If u mainly play 3rd party then the ps4 is the better system right now, that and vita integration with remote-play are 2 reasons why I'm picking up a PS4 first.you can party chat with up to 8 people on ps4 & vita, you do not have to pay for PlayStation Plus to access Netflix or any other streaming service, but PlayStation Plus is now required for online play. unfortunately there is no bc on the consoles, but with that Gaiki you will be able to stream ps3 games onto the ps4 just not on day one. as for IP in the pipe works, there are many new exclusive IP on the ps4 and while Titanfall will not come to PS4, rumor has it the next iteration in the series will.
just my 2 cents, but u should do your own research and see what features interest you on either the ps4 or the xbone
