doesnt matter, cross gen development has screwed both systems when it comes to games. the developers are too stretched to bother with the vita or 3ds (or the wiiU), so 6m or 36m, its useless.
in terms of priority it seems to be going ps360 > ps4/XB1 > PC > wiiU > handheld
if youre not into japanese games, theres really not much quality on the handhelds.
