But Killzone's campaign could have been 60 fps if they just dropped the campaign resolution, perhaps to 900p. So they're sacrificing frames for resolution.
You get the point in my 7th gen example. There is more to great graphics than resolution.
CoD Ghosts on 7th gen consoles and Metal Gear Rising potentially could have been 1080p at 30 fps. But would those games be considered the best looking 7th gen titles because of the resolution? Absolutely not.
