Resolution alone can't determine best graphics. GT5 on 1080p doesn't look as good as Forza 4.

I assume Killzone might be the best looking launch title as well. But I found the Ryse trailers more visually stunnning. We'll just have to wait for the reviews.

Yeah, well, my point is that imo Killzone does not only look better, it also manages to do just that at a higher resolution and higher framerate. That's why it's graphically more impressive in my eyes. But you also have to take the stronger hardware into account, maybe Crytek would have outdone Guerilla Games if they made Ryse for PS4, who knows.

I see what you're saying. But here's an example...

Lets say I'm playing PC games on my crappy computer. I can run Deux Ex: HR fine at 720p. However, BF3 runs awful on my computer.

Does that mean Deus Ex: HR is the better looking game? Absolutely not. Those choppy frames I'm getting in BF3 are still technically more impressive than Deus Ex: HR.

If Ryse were on the PS4. It might be 1080p, but the frame rate would have likely stayed at 30 fps.
