What a stupid qualifying tool, not only does it reward people who rented games in mass instead of supporting the 360, but for people who did buy lots of games and support 360 but didn't care about achievements it is a kick in the groin.

People who rent or buy used can support MS as well. For example, being a Gold member and digital purchases.

Why don't you ever complain about PS+ being a kick in the groin to people that buy the same games offered "free"?
