Agree on both. Marcus used to be okay back in the days on Invisible Walls but now i can't stand to watch it. Easy to criticize now but he was probably doing the same things as PR guys back in the days.
Bossman has great show. Funny, has constructive criticism and more insight than those hour plus long podcasts or web shows websites have.
