That's just it. 90%+ of all mobile and tablet games are things that allow you to "kill a bit of time". They are not games meant to be sat and played seriously for any real length.
Dedicated portable gaming consoles are a whole different beast, because they have actual full-blown video games that are meant to be sat and played for major periods of time.
