And I say that as someone who thinks Ghosts deserves a solid 8/10. (While prior games like MW2, MW3, ad BO1 should hve gotten 5-7/10)

Haven't played Ghosts but MW2 was an amazing game. It is the only one i haven't gotten rid of. The other two added quite a bit to the series too. Not sure what made you not like them but you seem to want to give Ghosts a pass a day after it came out. 

Granted I have not finished Ghosts yet, but so far it doesn't have the problems those games had for me, (The jump-the-shark absurdness of MW2, the blandness of MW3, the disjointed nature of BO1) and has better storytelling than any previous COD except possibly BO2.
