I think another Vita game would work for them. 700k sales and probably some support from Sony. I know they are releasing the original vita game to consoles, but its probably not difficult for them to do that and just rake in even more money (probably will buy it again for consoles... ha why not :)
Though I am hoping Sony are getting ready to build up some (and it only needs to be a small number) of key releases for the vita... give me a GTA etc for example.
