It will - but only via PS4 Remote Play. With the announcement of the PS4 Vita went from a $250 to a $650 console. :(

Well now that's not very fair since Persona 4 was already one of the best games ever so of course an upgraded version of it is going to be considered not only the best game on it's native system but the best game on any system. But I do agree about there being so much potential yet only a few games really show what the Vita can really do.
