LoL Spielegrotte is not a large retailer. They have 1 (in words: One) retail store and the online shop.
Mark, the owner of Spielegrotte, is a nice guy though. I played Halo with him quite frequently... and he is always complaining about something. The same thing happened when the 360 launched, he was mad back then as well. 
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
