Funny, cause nowhere in the article does it say that the Xbox One doesn't suffer from similar frame rate issues.

IW said the reason why the resolution was dropped was so it could maintain 60fps... Not sure if kidding... 

And on PS4 they thought "fuck the frames, let's go for 1080p" or what? Seriously that IW comments means nothing, there could very well still be issues in the X1 version.
