Why would we be looking at NA only? Really did Disgaea 3, Persona 4 and Ragnarok sell over 240k copies like Resistance did? And remember not to count Japan sales, cause we're talking about the purpose of localisation.

Because Ragnarok did not release in Europe or was not tracked on VGC so its not fair to compare Resistance NA+Europe sales to Ragnorak's only NA sales.  All those games outsold Resistance in NA and with the exception of Ragnorak, they outsold NA+Europe sales.  Also its not fair to bring up Disgaea 3 since it was sold on the PS3 years before it released on the Vita and yet it still managed to sell 100k+ sales in NA+Europe.

Yeah the situation overall is very unfair for the Vita, or is it? I'm on mobile so it's hard to check numbers all the time but I'm pretty sure you're wrong or cherry picking, not counting Rest of the World numbers etc. Maybe Ragnarok wasn't released in Europe cause publisher thought there is no market for it? 

Anyway Resistance is just a placeholder, don't fixate on it. I just wanted to point out how you manipulated by choosing Persona 4 to validate your opinion, saying it's 4th seller on the Vita, while no Japanese game (iirc) with sales outside of Japan only would be in Vita's top ten.
