I would do what i said quite some time ago. I would atempt to unite the portable and home markets with a system of considerable strength and have the option of hooking the system to the TV and playing directly from the TV.
I would then focus all software development into this system, instead of having it split in two.
Would also release a cheaper version without screen that could be upgraded to a screen/portable version.
I would also aquire Epic to make sure the system doesnt get blocked in the west in terms of engine support and would aquire sega for portfolio diversification.
