Togepi is actually my only pokemon with three IVs or less because it was the fastest to get what I wanted, I have all males:

Jolly female steadfast riolu x/31/31/x/x/31 with bullet punch

I only have male chespin, some with their hidden ability and a whole lot of unnnerve joltik with some compound eyes, I dont list all of them because I have boxes of them


Female compound eyes by any chance? if so what would you like from what I listed?
