your best bet is to try and reinstall windows.If that doesn't work means other hardware is screwed as well, or the guy didn't install the mobo right.

It may be worth while calling them up first to tell them what is happening after the mobo install. This being an option if you are too lazy to try and reinstall windows and backup your files (i.e. take hdd out and copy it to another hdd)

Same exact MoBo.

 

I did try and reinstall windows by restoring the computer to factory settings and it never got around to the procedure. Instead I got hit with a black screen after the reboot.

 

After like 10 shut downs and reboots I am now using my laptop, although I know once I power it down I am fucked again.
