Well My assumption is looking at how both companies marketed their own version.
MS built the kinect into the operating system and I'm sure they are selling it with the 1st batch of consoles to get reviews out their that they are most likely confident will be positive. It's been a big part of their marketing.
PS eye is cast aside as an optional buy and hardly ever talked about.
Going buy how the creators handled each one I expect that the difference is obvious when they finally land in the hands of consumers.
I wouldn't bet on a horse the owner wouldn't even bet on is all I can say.
