I've had a Vita since release.  I've only purchased four retail games (ACIII, R:BS, U13 & U:GA)  as most of the games on the Vita simply do not interest me.  I have all the current systems and only so much time.  The Vita's games simply have not been able to compete with the games for the other system for my time.  Rarely do I take my handheld systems out of the house as I tend to play them more at my desk, on the couch or in bed.  As for Call of Duty, that game got panned bad, and I've got COD BO2 on the Wii U, so I can just play it on the Game Pad when I fell like playing it away from the TV.

I've actually had my Vita up on Craig's List for a while since it just sits on my desk.  I sold three of my games and have the Vita, 16GB memory card, Resistance and a nice nerf case for it left.  Everything is in near perfect condition.  I have it listed for $140 in a metropolitan area of about 1 million people and have had zero interest in it.  On the other hand, I had a couple of 3DS systems that I put up as I have an XL now, and they sold within a couple of days at the same price.

I wouldn't blame Vita owners for the problems because they shouldn't have to buy games that they don't want just for the system to stay alive.  From my perspective, the Viat just hasn't been able to compete with the 3DS, smart phones and tablets let alone the home consoles and that's not the fault of current Vita owners.

Stop hating and start playing.
