Last I heard ioi didn't have the time to update the rules.
But this rule was put into effect right away.
Mods even made threads about the spamming rule.
lots of people got banned.
The most noteworthy one was Weezy's case.
He got banned for posting a picture(somehow it was considered spam). |
I dont recall anything of the sort.
