Sorry its already confirmed running on actual hardware. And no Exclusive game will be running poorly. It will be fully optimized for Xbox One. The same way Forza 5 is 1080p 60fps. Ryse 900p. Etc etc.
Remeber Guirella Games at E3 had to ask Crytek to prove they werent running on a PC. Of which Crytek gladly opened the cupboards and showed they werent.

I even had to open the cupboard to prove it to some guys from Guerilla who didn’t believe me.
