I think the only people who hate Zelda 2 are the ones who hate it just because hating it has become really popular. 

No, I hate it because I can have an opinion about a game. Simple as that. Why do people always think your'e, hypothetically speaking, always trying to get on someones bad side with their opinions. I can point out good and bad about Zelda II but I'd rather play all the others, excluding the CD-i games, over Zelda II.
