I agree with this. NOE is in need of an overhaul moreso than any other area right now.

Well, Shibata brings us here in Europe the games America often misses out on. We played the rainfall games while America was begging. I don't think Shibata does that bad.

True which makes things all the more frustrating for American Nintendo system owners.

If there is a major overhaul, it should start with how the NoA branch is run. The marketing/advertisment arm for America has fallen off since the middle of the Wii's life cycle with fewer and fewer Nintendo games actually being promoted that don't feature Mario, Pokemon or Kirby.  The choice in games that get released in NA or even developed seem to have been removed from NoA or at least seems to be in the wrong hands right now, this needs to change.

A major overhaul isn't necessary but if NoA was operating as efficently as it could be then the damages wouldn't be nearly as bad as it has been.
