First of all, sure, Wii is mostly familly friendly but Nintendo never said there wouldn't be any violent games.
Secondly, it would be stupid to ban that game, because the devellopers aren't responsible of people's act.
Finally, the act of violence comes from one's mind and motivation. Someone who kills doesn't do it because of a video game, they already have a violent mind. They are responsible of their act and chose to do it.
