I am guessing 3-6 months for Knack.... and a year + for KZ and SS. |
Vita didn't get PS+ until a year after launch, so I'd put that as a good time frame for the old titles. Until then expect content released at a game's launch, like Driveclub, Resogun, and Contrast.
