I'm a big fan of mario games, but I need more. Even though nintendo isn't known for puming out new ip's a few per gen would go along way. As well as there legacy games, where's f-zero, Metroid, Star Fox, wave race, pilotwings, ect.

On Wii there was the Wii ____ series, Xenoblade, Disaster Day of Crisis,  Endless Ocean.

As for legacy IPs, Wii also revived several, like Sin & Punishment, Punch-Out, and Excite Truck/Bots.

Seriously????? We're in a wii u thread, why are you taking about the original wii?   That's just what i want to do with my wii u.... Look at it and think of all the good times I had in the previous gen...... get a clue son

Ya u completely missed the point he was trying to make. U claimed that Nintendo doesnt make new IP each gen and that is false.

Arcade-Donkey Kong, Mario Bros

NES-Zelda, Metroid, Kid Icarus, Ice Climbers

Gameboy-Kirby, Pokemon

SNES-Star Fox, Pilotwings, F-Zero

N64-Wave Race, 1080 Snowboarding, Smash Bros

GBA-Fire Emblem, Advance Wars, Golden Sun

GC-Pikmin, Battation Wars, Animal Crossing, Custom Robo

DS-Brain Training, Nintendogs, Professor Layton

Wii-Sports/Play/Party/Fit/Music, Endless Ocean, Xenoblade

3DS-Steel Diver, Dillons Rolling Western(more to come)

Wii U-Wonderful 101, X(more to come)

A couple of those were released exclusively in Japan in generations before I listed them but u get the point, every Nintendo system has a few new IPs
