I guess if you're using decimals you could theoretically get up to 9.9, but then why not just treat "10" like an asymptote, with an example game's score being capable of being arbitrarily close to 10 (9.99999999) such that you may as well round up? |
In most cases the 4 stars are out of a 5 star rating system (well...most of the systems I've ever seen anyway) , so 4 stars ISN'T a perfect score.
