No. Considering Sony isn't capable of being close to meeting all of the demand, it's first shipment will be exactly how much it sells.

fusioncode implied that whatever number they ship will be sold out. that is wrong because even if they shipped 10M units, demand would still be a small fraction of it.

Of course, but we know that isn't feasible. People predicting 2 million FW are kidding themselves. At max capacity, Nintendo only produced ~1.1 million Wiis/month.
