Why have you got such a big problem with him? Did one of his past comments hit a nerve or something?
He responds to tweets so he can communicate with gamers directly, honestly and on their level, unlike most other PR drones. He's also often the first to debunk negative Playstation rumours.
I've yet to see him step out of line. You want childish? Check out Kamiya.
