it is indeed true (even if i think there are more than 50 worth to play in the arcade section alone) and like you already said, many on ps4 (and also xb1) will be also trash.
but when you say "otherwise people couldn't bash the ps4 library" it also counts for the 360 when people didn't accept the indie/arcade games of this console in discussion of games libraries.
indie games count or they don't count and not "they count on this but not on that console because it helps my argument"
