op pretty much confirms what i always thought. people who really care so much about graphics as they say play on pc (if pc has already an advantage, how will it be in 2 or more years?) and people who don't care so much about it won't care so much about these differences between ps4 and xbox one (as much as they didn't care this gen if one game had horrible tearing or whatever if you look at the sales of these games...)
almost nobody will buy an xbox one or ps4 because of these differences. people will buy a ps4 because they like the sony games more or because they want a cheaper console or something like that. people who will buy an xbox one want to get the games on this console or whatever their reason will be.
so overall i think it is easy to say that sony and microsoft don't have to worry about graphics as long as both consoles can run all the multiplat games which will be probably the reality.
or can you give me the name of an user even on this site which seems to care a lot about these things who will buy a ps4 intead of an xb1 because of the better looking multiplat games?
the only problem i see for microsoft is with people like me (ok i play them on pc) who will have both consoles. these people could buy these games often on ps4 which will reduce the royalties for microsoft.
