Congrats!
Though I must say I'm happy I work in Europe (and so are my American colleagues!).
Full insurance and 5 weeks of holiday standard!
Salary and taxes are better in the States though.
@Madskillz: You live in Houston? I'm there once every while for work. They always place the Houston Chronicle in front of my Hotelroom every morning.
