PS4 version looks a bit better overall, though it's interesting how the Xbox version has better textures in some cases. Also, some of the differences will go unnoticed by most players because they'll be too busy fighting for their digital lives to see that the power line half a mile away doesn't look all that great. This kind of stuff is more noticeable in screenshots than in the heat of gameplay, especially if you aren't actively looking for defects while you're playing.

Frame rate performance looked pretty good on both platforms; again, PS4 maybe has a slight edge overall, though there were a couple occasions where the Xbox version was holding up a little better.

I expect the image differences won't make a big difference outside of forums like VGC and GAF. The Xbox version manages to keep it close enough that the mainstream audience won't be bothered by its shortcomings. Besides, most people will just buy the version they want and won't bother with the other, and they won't be looking for graphical flaws, they will just be looking to have fun.
