While it was odd they didn't get a Mega for an evoultion for their mascot, Raicho did get a buff this generation as they buffed up his base speed to 110.

Actually i still think they haven't released all the megastones yet (as of XY yes though). My guess is based on Blaziken Event Mega Stone that we might see a couple more like it, but not only that. Imagine Ruby/Sapphire Remakes! It be so much better to add new mega stones there especially with pokemon native to their (Hoenn starters?). Half of the mega's released are frm Gen 1 as of now. There will be more! Maybe Pokemon Z will have Johto Starters instead of Kanto starters and give us mega's off of them!!!

TBone51 add me to the list please. 

ALso I would love for there to be more megastone pokemon. And a Ruby and Sapphire remake at this point... but i will not use mega pokemon until i get my megaraichu
