I tested it out at an Indie company, they had a demo with Iron Man.   You could put your hands facing to the ground and then you fly up and behind you to boost forward and etc..(well how Iron man would Fly I guess) It was amazing certainly looking down after you flew up for a mile or two.  I got a little sick after playing it though.
