Picked this game up a couple of days ago on the eShop for $7.99...been playing it with my son and having a blast...definitely one of the best things I've spent $8 on. Kind of like Micro Machines, but oh so much fun. Cool cars, great track layouts and fun weapons. If you like this type of game, do yourself a favor and pick it up. Definitely more fun with two people though.
