why do you mention forza then and don't just say that you love how it looks? with posts like these i always think people want to start something (with the "i don't want to start a flame war but")
they don't even try to reach the same audience so people could also just stop comparing these games. i also don't see people comparing forza with nfs or driveclub with nfs.
and it would be shocking if it wouldn't look better. it will release next year which gives them much more time (these few months wouldn't be so important in a few years but they are with new hardware and tools which get better like every day) and will probably only run with 30fps. it has less cars on track if i understood it right and has probably also less calculations for car physics.
and that all on stronger hardware.
