It's easy for NVIDIA to sit there and say nothing is wrong because it's not like videocards can be pirated (at least not in the same way that digital media can be). If pirates could magically download a 9600GT you can bet NVIDIA would be singing a different tune.
NVIDIA has been recording record profits and revenue but the company never has to put as much on the line as console manufactures have to. Maybe console manufactures and by extension third party developers on their systems deserve the success they're having.
