What's being stated by the FCC and Cerny is the heat inside the device, not the room temperature requirements. 


Nuh uh stoopid. Everyone has their house at 130 degrees.... dont they? I mean... when outside temp is 100 degrees colder in the winter everyone has their heat blasting. Thats why the bills are thousands of dollars each month... arent they?
