Well, since the giraffe is the generally the faster animal in real life, I'm going to go with "most scenarios" as my answer.
On topic, I don't think Wii Party U is going to generate much hype for the Wii U. It's going to be a game you might buy if you already have a Wii U but I don't see it sending people running to the stores.
