No loading times with the Xbox One.  Insert the disc, and play.  During the initial load, the game gets installed to the disc. 

Other than inserting the disc, you don't do anything but make your menu selections or go straightaway into the game.

It'll be interesting how that feature's supported. Installing in the background really only works with linear content so a game like GTA would be practically impossible to make good use of it.

It does work with non-linear, provided it will first install the base stuffs. World of Warcraft and Dialbo content streaming is a very exemple of this. It takes few seconds for WOW or Diablo to start and be playable even if the full game will take 30gb. I think they can pretty much do the same thing with Xbox One games.

What things are left in the full install?

Like what's the difference to the player between partial and full?
