I agree with delphin in that Nintendo's mainline seem to also have no proper use for the gamepad. MarioKart 8 was a wasted chance to show off the gamepad's potential for multiple views and maybe incorporate multi-screen tech (using 3DS) for multi-player. Even their current system seller SM3DW doesn't make use of the gamepad as well as how NL uses it. Hopefully it's due to crunching the software release as soon as possible rather than a sign of brain drain on Nintendo's part. The Skylander's bundle is an amazing value and hopefully would help move systems as the Wii U is really a good console despite being outgunned by the competition. |
dont wanna burst your bubble but IMHO i really dont see Ninty incorporating the gamepad in their own games, maybe Zelda, but thats about it.
