I don't think the 3DS can quite handle it. The DS got 64, but it couldn't really handle other Nintendo 64 games. The 3DS can do Gamecube-level graphics, but that doesn't mean you can port Gamecube games to it. Plus as others have said, the controls wouldn't really work.
