Zarx are you buying enslaved?
Deus Ex: Directors Cut is buggy as hell. They like modified the non patched PC versions with the new content. Despite like 5 patches and optimizations. And introduced even new bugs.
Most of the changes are pretty cool, but I wouldn't recommend it at this point.
