As someone who's lived in the US and Holland: European Union, definitely. Culture, Healthcare, and the ability to go wherever the fuck you want without a car. Nice.
A lot of you guys are forgetting that European Union =/= Europe, so it's not like you'll be born in a country like Albania since it's not part of the EU. And if the option is Europe, you'd be screwed because then you would be stuck in Albania.
