Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst out now on PC
Namco Bandai has released a PC version of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst on Steam. It’s the fighter franchise’s PC debut, and includes a new chapter, Sage Kabuto as a playable character, 100 new missions, 38 extra costumes, revamped cinematics, and a Japanese dub. The Full Burst re-release is also coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and the extra content will be made available as DLC.
Word on the street is it has a 30FPS cap
Battle Worlds: Kronos gets firm release date
Turn-based strategy Battle Worlds: Kronos arrives on Linux, Mac and PC on November 4, indie developer King Art Games has announced. It will be available through Steam as well as various digital distributors, including DRM-free options like GOG. An Android and iOS release is due in early 2014, with cross-play, and free DLC is expected, too. Pre-ordering from the official site will net you beta access, if you can’t wait.

You have infinite money, right? I mean, you look like the sort, what with your snazzy diamond-encrusted cane and hat/jacket ensemble knitted entirely from Kickstarter bonus swag. That in mind, what’s one more delightfully promising project to throw a worrisome amount of cash at? Because seriously, Night in the Woods has all the makings of quirky, wildly inventive greatness – with a hint of sincere humanity thrown in for good measure. Also, anarchic, mailbox-busting cats. The fact that the story-based adventure looks uniquely gorgeous certainly doesn’t hurt, either. Oh, and it’s from one of the minds behind ageless indie darling Aquaria. Turn-Based Chariot Racer Qvadriga Is In Beta

I dropped a pun just so I could have the words “Turn-Based Chariot Racer” at the top of RPS for an hour, though there’s actually a real-time mode as well. QVADRIGA, you have given me that pleasure, so I will return the favour and tell cheering masses that you are now in beta, a word the pleases me because stole it from the Greeks. Now entertain me, or at least provide me with details so that I, Biggus Maximus Overcompensatious, might pass the next few moments not worrying about the wind blowing my toga around.

pCARS developer: Mantle will offer 70-80% of next-gen console performance (regarding draw calls)
In around 20 days, AMD will reveal more details about its low-level API, Mantle, during its Developers Summit event. And it seems that it will be worth the wait, as a lot of developers are currently praising this new API. Among those developers is Project CARS engineer programmer, who claimed that Mantle will offer 70-80% of next-gen console performance in terms of submitting draw calls. Continue reading
